1. Who operates SellLink
SellLink is operated by Time2Ranch LLC. This Privacy Policy applies to the SellLink website, Android application, and related services.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you create or use an account, Supabase Authentication processes information such as your email address, user ID, authentication credentials or provider details, and session information. We do not receive your password in readable form.
Seller, product, and image information
Sellers can provide a display name, storefront slug, biography, website and social links, product titles, descriptions, categories, prices, purchase links, and images. Published seller profiles, products, and uploaded images are public. Product and logo images are stored in Supabase Storage. Do not upload confidential information.
Favorites, analytics, and technical information
Favorites are connected to your account and are private from other shoppers, although sellers may see aggregate save counts. We record limited product views, storefront views, and clicks to external purchase links so sellers can understand aggregate activity. These events may include a randomly generated browser visitor token stored in local storage; they are not proof of a purchase. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may also process routine device, browser, IP address, request, diagnostic, security, and application-performance information.
Support, safety, and deletion requests
If you contact support, report content, or request account deletion, we process the information you submit and related account or anti-abuse identifiers so we can respond, investigate, protect the service, and complete the request.
3. How we use information
- Provide accounts, storefronts, product discovery, favorites, image hosting, and public product pages.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve SellLink.
- Show sellers aggregate engagement analytics.
- Manage seller subscriptions and account access.
- Enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines and respond to support or safety concerns.
SellLink is a product-discovery and linking platform. Independent sellers and third-party merchants sell the products linked through the service. SellLink does not process shoppers' product purchases or verify that a purchase occurred.
4. Service providers and external sites
We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file-storage infrastructure; Vercel to host and deliver the application; and Stripe to process seller subscription billing on the SellLink website. Stripe receives payment and billing information directly. SellLink may retain Stripe customer, subscription, and transaction-reference identifiers and subscription status, but does not receive full payment-card numbers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.
Seller purchase links and social or website links take you to third-party services. Their privacy practices apply after you leave SellLink; we do not control their checkout, fulfillment, or data collection.
5. Cookies and local storage
Supabase authentication uses cookies to maintain and refresh signed-in sessions. SellLink uses browser local storage for a random analytics visitor token and limited migration markers for older locally saved product data. Product-view deduplication uses session storage. Your browser controls can clear or block this storage, but blocking authentication cookies may prevent account features from working.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We disclose information to the service providers described above as needed to operate SellLink. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of assets with appropriate protections. Published seller and product content is visible to the public. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Security and retention
We use access controls, Supabase Row Level Security, scoped storage rules, and encrypted HTTPS connections as practical safeguards. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide and secure the service, meet legitimate operational and legal needs, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Public content remains available until it is unpublished or removed. Support, safety, billing, security, backup, and transaction records may be retained as reasonably necessary after account deletion where permitted or required by law. Retention periods may vary by data type and provider.
8. Your choices and account deletion
You can edit or unpublish seller and product information, remove uploaded-image references, manage favorites, sign out, and clear browser storage through available account and browser controls. Signed-in users can download a local JSON export and request reviewed account deletion from Account & Privacy. Reports are private moderation records and are excluded from exports.
You may also contact us at time2ranch@gmail.com with a privacy question or account-deletion request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
9. Children's privacy
SellLink is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Sellers must be adults authorized to conduct business. If we learn that a child under 13 provided personal information, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as SellLink changes. We will post the revised policy here, update the “Last updated” date, and provide additional in-product notice when a change is material and doing so is practical.
