1. SellLink’s role
SellLink lets people discover public seller profiles and products and follow links to sellers’ external sites. SellLink does not sell the listed products, handle checkout, process payments, verify purchases, or become a party to transactions between shoppers and sellers.
2. Accounts and seller eligibility
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in method, activity under your account, and promptly responding to suspected unauthorized access. Sellers must be adults authorized to conduct business and must have authority to agree to these terms.
3. Seller responsibilities
Sellers—not SellLink—are responsible for their products and listings, including accuracy, safety, quality, legality, availability, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, customer support, taxes, licenses, required disclosures, intellectual-property rights, and every external transaction. Sellers must keep purchase links and public information current and must not imply that SellLink endorses or guarantees them.
4. Acceptable use and prohibited listings
You may not misuse the service, evade access controls, disrupt the platform, scrape it in a harmful or unauthorized way, impersonate others, manipulate engagement, distribute malware or spam, or use SellLink to violate law or others’ rights.
Listings and other content may not be illegal, counterfeit, deceptive, fraudulent, dangerous, hateful, exploitative, infringing, sexually explicit or adult-oriented, or privacy-violating. They also may not facilitate regulated or prohibited goods where listing or sale would be unlawful. Our Community Guidelines provide additional detail.
5. Your content and license
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SellLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote SellLink and its sellers or listings. This license ends when content is deleted, except where copies reasonably remain in backups, prior promotional materials, or as required for legal and security purposes. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this license.
6. External transactions
External links are provided for convenience. Review the seller, price, policies, security, and checkout terms before purchasing. Any purchase, payment, delivery, return, dispute, or loss is between you and the external seller or service.
7. Availability and enforcement
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may investigate content and remove listings, restrict visibility, suspend or terminate accounts, or preserve information when we reasonably believe these terms, our guidelines, law, or platform safety require it. Enforcement may not be immediate or error-free.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, SellLink is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, seller reliability, product quality, transaction outcome, or accuracy. Nothing here excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SellLink and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, external transactions, seller conduct, or content accessed through the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes, termination, and general terms
You may stop using SellLink at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including content ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
We may revise these terms by posting the updated version and changing the “Last updated” date, with additional in-product notice for material changes when practical. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
